Did you over-fill the burner?
- Yes » It is important that the instructions in the manual are followed correctly. The ceramic burner is over-filled when the level of the fuel is higher than 1 cm underneath the surface of the white ceramic core. If this is the case, the fuel will flow into the outer tank. You can check this yourself by turning the burner upside down outdoors. Make sure that the burner is extinguished and has had at least 1 hour to cool off! If you see liquid dripping from your burner, then it has been overfilled. To fix the problem please drain some of the fluid while making sure you keep the outside of your tank clean.
